Next, a childhood broken by respiratory convulsions, electroshocks at the age of seven imposed by doctors and as a bonus, an excursion in a psychiatric asylum, a world record for thermal shock in Greenland in 1984…and thousands of other lives.

 Back from the extreme, “Exo Human” makes a definitive search for the Absolute at 70, from the tops of Paris’s bridges, with no safety net, sending out blasting commentary on a humanity that believes it is alone on Earth.

Through this poetic autobiography,  he finally presents his “Last Breath”—not a yoga method, but a complex respiratory symphony, electrifying, that modifies wear on bodies to lead to a joy of existing.

I have had insistent requests to write this book over many years. Exo Time was needed for it to mature, to fill up with inconceivable words.
